We Telelookz only make you to buy the Sim or Dongle of the Telecom product more easy at One Roof for all operators through our online shopping cart, All the rest activation & service process of the selected network is fully on the operator’s ownership.

NO PRE-ACTIVATED Sims will be issued by the company. Pre-activated SIM cards are those which are in such a condition that it is possible to make and/or receive calls/SMS without following the activation procedure in the DoT guidelines. Activation to be done only by the employee of the Company. At first stage of SIM activation, subscriber will only be allowed to call the operator for being tele-verified. Full services will be activated only after the subscriber has been tele-verified by the relevant operator.

While delivering an order, inclusive of a Prepaid / Postpaid connection request, the company representative will ensure that:

  1. The photograph is pasted in the space provided on the Customer Application Form (CAF) and signed across by the applicant, overlapping on both the photograph and the CAF.
  2. Customer submits self-attested (signature) clear and legible photocopy of Proof of Identity (POI) and Proof of Address (POA) to attach with the CAF. List of document acceptable as POI and POA are given below
  3. The self-attested copies of POI & POA are matching with their respective originals.
  4. The CAF is duly filled and signed by the customer with date.
  5. All mandatory fields are filled in the CAF
  6. In case of illiterate/physically disabled applicant, the mandatory fields in the CAF may be filled by COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE but the thumb impression of the applicant is to be taken on CAF, photograph and the supporting documents (POI & POA).
  7. The applicant is to be provided with the counterfoil receipt, having details duly filled in and signed with stamp of COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE.
  8. COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE shall record in the CAF that he has:
    1. Seen the subscriber.
    2. Matched the photograph attached to the CAF with the subscriber present in person.
    3. Verified copies of POI and POA with the original.
    4. Put his signature along with full name and stamp containing address on the CAF and all attached documents and the code.
  9. COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE to inform the customer that it is the customer’s responsibility to call the operators to complete the process of tele-verification. Only after company representative tele-verification, the number will be activated.

In case of outstation subscriber:

An outstation subscriber is one who does not have Proof of local address of the same licensed telecom service area or the State/Union Territory concerned, whichever is more encompassing.

  1. The COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE shall additionally obtain the name, address and contact phone number of local reference on the CAF.
  2. COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE should telephonically verify the local reference before issue of SIM Card and also make an entry in the CAF along with the name and number of local reference contacted and calling number used to tele-call the reference.

In case of Foreigner/ short time mobile connection:

  1. COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE shall obtain copy of passport with valid Visa stamp as POI.
  2. For POA, the address of local reference, which may also be of tour operator, shall be taken. In case of no local reference, the address of stay (hotel, etc.) is to be indicated.
  3. Subscriber shall be informed that any mobile connection issued to a foreigner shall not have validity beyond the validity of the Visa.
  4. In case of foreign tourists, the validity shall not be beyond Visa period and shall also not exceed 3 months at a time even if the validity of the Visa is beyond 3 months.
  5. In case of mobile connections issued to personnel deployed on ships while at seashore, the connection shall be valid only till the date they have the permit to stay at the port.

In case of Bulk Connections:

Bulk mobile connection shall mean 10 or more than 10 connections issued in a single name at any given address by all licensed operators in the service area. This would include connection from the same operator or other operators. Subscriber shall be informed that Bulk connections shall not be provided to individuals and he/she shall declare in the CAF number of mobile connections held in his name with other operators (operator wise).

Please Note that:

The subscriber has to be provided a counterfoil/ receipt of the details of the PoI & PoA clearly mentioning the name of subscriber, Mobile number applied for, CAF number, type of PoI/ PoA, issuing authority, date of issue and serial number of PoI/ PoA document duly signed with your stamp.

If the documents are COMPLETE and ACCEPTABLE, then only the order delivery will be made to the customer. If documents are INCOMPLETE or there is any deviations vis-à-vis the requirements laid down above, the SIM card will not be activated for the Applicant.

  5. Ration Card with photo, for the person whose photo is affixed (except Mumbai & Maharashtra)
  6. CGHS / ECHS Card
  7. Certificate of Address having Photo issued by MP / MLA / Group A Gazetted Officer in letter head
  8. Certificate of Address with Photo from Govt recognized educational institutions (for students only)
  9. Certificate of Photo Identity issued by Village Panchayat Head or its equivalent authority (for rural areas)
  10. Income Tax PAN Card
  11. Photo Credit Card
  12. Address Card with Photo issued by Dept. Of Posts, Government of India
  13. Smart Card issued by CSD, Defence/ Paramilitary forces
  14. Current Passbook of Post Office or any Scheduled Bank, having Photo
  15. Photo ID Card of Central / State Govt & PSUs
  16. Photo ID Card issued by Govt recognized educational institutions (for students only)
  17. Caste & Domicile Certificate with Photo issued by State Govt like Assam and other states
  18. Pensioner Card having photo
  19. Freedom Fighter Card having photo
  20. Kisan Passbook having photo
  21. AADHAR/ Unique Identity Number

For Proof of Address:

  1. Passport
  2. Arms License
